Your animal should not have eaten in the two hours prior to physiotherapy treatment.

Please ensure that your animal is reasonably clean before the appointment.

Cancellations will not incur a charge provided they are made more than 48 hours before an appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before an appointment will be charged at the full treatment price, the same charge applies for missed appointments.

Should your animal have an illness or contagious disease please reschedule your appointment, unfortunately cancellation fees will apply if this is less than 48 hours before the appointment.

Payment will be required at the end of every treatment by cash or bank transfer.

Where treatment is covered by insurance payment will still be required at the end of each session, you can request an invoice and may use this to claim back the cost from your insurance company.
